Skateboarder / art director.
I grew up with graffiti and skateboarding as creative outlets. My first design work was a board graphic for the local skate shop I rode for in California.
I started my career as an art director for Studio J, a creative studio run by John and Janet Jay, specializing in lifestyle design ranging from interiors, branding, and product development. I then worked as a creative at GX, an agency within Wieden+Kennedy led by W+K Partner and Trustee John Jay. Clients included Ace Hotel, Shiseido Global, Green Zebra Grocery, Designphil Japan, TuneIn, and Nike.
As a freelance creative, I have directed successful brand campaigns, social, digital design, activations, and exhibits for Nike, Dodge, Chrysler, adidas, and Google.
I'm currently freelancing at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.
